Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance ® an evidence-based program: This program is designed to train balance, promote and maintain physical and mental health, manage chronic disease conditions, improve function in people with neurological disease, and reduce health risks and incidence of falls.

Deborah Barnes-Allan, experience, Certified instructor. She has been teaching this class since 2017 in a variety of settings in Washington and Utah. Over the years, she has witnessed the physical improvements, positive emotional and self-awareness effects attributed to this evidence based, highly
acclaimed Tai Ji Quan program.
