Beginning/Intermediate Hatha Yoga: “Welcome to our beginner Hatha Yoga class, where we invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner harmony. Whether you're completely new to yoga or seeking to deepen your practice, this class offers a supportive environment for students of all levels. Through guided instruction and personalized modifications, you'll learn proper alignment, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate a sense of peace and well-being.
