Wine Tasting: Farmington Store Class

This popular class introduces your palate to various wines while the instructor discusses what to look for in a good wine.  Students must be at least 21 years old.  

Wine-tasting classes are held in the dining room of the historic Eccles mansion; please enter through the east (kitchen) entrance.

Instructor: Jay Hart

Farmington Store Class:   In this four-week course, we will sample bottles from a particular DABS store, in this case, the one in Farmington, to determine whether a trip may be worth your while.  The wines selected will reflect a sample of those most recently available at that store and were chosen with autumn and winter looming.  Hope you'll join us!
