Wine Tasting: The Quality and Price Test

This popular class introduces your palate to various wines while the instructor discusses what to look for in a good wine. Students must be at least 21 years old.

Wine-tasting classes are held in the dining room of the historic Eccles mansion; please enter through the east (kitchen) entrance.

The Quality and Price Test Class: In this class we'll test our value-focused approach and sip some bottles more expensive than normal. However, we will also reduce the number of wines sampled each evening (Affordability!). In this way, we will test the theory that an increase in price necessarily improves the quality of the wines involved. Join us and find out! We will be tasting 3 different wines in this class.
