Artist, Pamela Murphy will offer a Creative Minds Art Class for children ages 6 to 9 years old at the Eccles Art Center, 2580 Jefferson avenue, Ogden on Thursday afternoon from 4 to 5 p.m. September 21 through October 26, 2023.
