Fine Art I for children ages 9 to 14 will be offered by artist, Pamela Murphy at the Eccles Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden, Utah on Friday evenings, 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. September 17 through November 5, 2021.
