The Eccles Art Center invites the community to experience two distinctive exhibitions this May, showcasing a wide range of artistic voices and styles from both established and emerging regional artists. Both exhibitions will open during Ogden’s First Friday Art Stroll on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and will remain on display through May 30, 2026. Admission is free and open to the public.
In the Main Gallery, “Nine Men, Nine Visions” brings together the work of seven accomplished artists, each offering a unique perspective through their chosen mediums and artistic practices. Featured artists include Doug Adams, Phillip Brown, Mark Seawell, Thomas Embley, Tyson DeForest, Jerry Hancock, Lester Lee, Adrian Van Suchtelen and Scott Wallis. From expressive interpretations of landscape and form to deeply personal explorations of color, texture, and subject matter, this invitational exhibition highlights the individuality of each artist while celebrating the shared passion that connects them.
Located in the historic home of David and Bertha Eccles, the Eccles Art Center has served as a cultural cornerstone in Northern Utah since 1959, providing exhibitions, educational programs, and opportunities for artists of all ages.
