Wine Tasting: Good, Better, Best

This popular class introduces your palate to various wines while the instructor discusses what to look for in a good wine. Students must be at least 21 years old.

Wine-tasting classes are held in the dining room of the historic Eccles mansion; please enter through the east (kitchen) entrance.

Good, Better, Best Class: The focus of this four-week exploration is to decide whether spending more brings greater quality in wine. However, this time each class will focus on a single grape varietal or region, blind tasting three examples of that varietal or region at three different prices - one week we might try three Cabernets, another we may sip three Chardonnays, and yet another we might dabble in German Rieslings. We may be surprised. Join us!
