Introduction to Sun Salutation Yoga
Certified instructor, Crystal Hansen will lead an Introduction to Sun Salutation Yoga workshop on Monday and Wednesday mornings 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Eccles Art Center’s Performing Arts Building, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden September 6th through September 20, 2023.
