Art in Red

Step into a world of bold expression, passion, energy, and intensity at the Eccles Art Center’s Art in Red exhibition. This striking competition invites Utah artists to explore the power of a single color through original works created entirely in shades of red.

From deep crimson and rich burgundy to vibrant scarlet and soft rose, artists are challenged to push the boundaries of creativity while working within a limited palette. The result is a visually captivating exhibit filled with emotion, movement, and unexpected interpretations of color.

The exhibition will feature a wide variety of media and artistic styles, offering visitors an immersive experience that celebrates both artistic restraint and imaginative freedom. Visitors are invited to experience this unique collection during the opening reception held in conjunction with Ogden’s First Friday Art Stroll, where guests can meet artists, enjoy refreshments, and explore the galleries.
