FACES 2025 Competition

The Eccles Art Center invites you to dive into one of the most timeless and compelling subjects in art: faces. From the subtlest flicker of emotion to bold explorations of identity, every face tells a story—and we want to see yours.

This juried competition welcomes artists working in every medium—painting, photography, sculpture, digital art, mixed media, and beyond. Whether you capture the human spirit, reimagine cultural identity, or push the boundaries with abstract or non-human forms, Faces is your chance to showcase how expression takes shape.

Show us how you interpret the most familiar, yet endlessly mysterious, subject of all.
