Certified instructor, Deborah Barnes-Allen at the Eccles Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden will present Build a strong Immune System with the Practice of Mindful Movement and the self-care of Jin Shin Jyutsu on Wednesdays from 11 to noon November 1 through December 6, 2023. This is a 6-week course. Drop-in are not allowed. The tuition: $132 includes a mini healing booklet.
