Chair Yoga for Healthy Brain & Vibrant Wellbeing
Deborah Barnes-Allan will lead a Chair Yoga for Healthy Brain & Vibrant Wellbeing at the Eccles Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden on Friday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. beginning March 3, 2023. This class is recommended for the 50 + age group who are inspired to push beyond the challenge of aging. It will focus on soothing breathing practices, slow mindful repetitive movements to build neuroplasticity and a strong resilient body and mind. Tuition for 8 classes: $88, drop-in rate: $12.
