Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance
Certified instructor, Deborah Barnes-Allan will teach Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance ® an evidence based program at the Eccles Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden. This program is designed to train balance, promote and maintain physical and mental health, manage chronic disease conditions, improve function in people with neurological disease and reduce health risks and incidence of fall. Beginning March 1, 2023 offered Mondays & Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. through August 30, 2023 * program compliance 50 hours training. Tuition/16 classes: $88, drop-in rate $8.
