Chair Yoga with Mimi Mackenzie
Mimi Mackenzie will offer Chair Yoga classes at the Eccles Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden on Tuesday beginning October 4th from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in the Performing Arts Building. Tuition: $80 for 6 classes or $14 drop-in rate per class. This will be a gentle practice that mindfully increases student’s range of motion, strength, and flexibility.
