A class for all students, beginning and experienced, flexible and not so flexible, young and not so young. This flow class will help with overall health and well being. Jill is focused on uniting mind, body and spirit to assist the student to be present on the mat, promoting opening, releasing and growth; as well as a focus on graceful aging. Classes will end with traditional Savasana and guided meditations.
