Vinyasa Yoga
Class is based on the intentions of the students, intuitive understanding of the process of yoga, and deep stretching to encourage strength while surrounded by beautiful music. We will focus on the fundamentals of yoga, proper alignment, and hands-on adjustments to deepen your practice.
