Applications for artist booths at our annual Summer Art Fair are now open!

Our Summer Art Fair will be held every Saturday in August, 2023, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on the grounds of the EAC.

This is an outdoor market-style weekend fair, where patrons can view and buy work by local artists. We are currently accepting applications for artists who would be interested in renting a booth space to sell their work. We are looking for all types of artists and artistic styles - fine arts, prints, jewelry, 3D art, photography, sculpture etc. – all are welcome to apply!

2023 Summer Art Fair Booth Application Form

 

This form is for those interested in applying for a booth space at the Eccles Art Center Summer Art Fair.

The Summer Art Fair will be held every Saturday in August 2023, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. It will be held on the Eccles Art Center grounds (2580 Jefferson Ave. Ogden).

Artists may rent an outdoor booth space each Saturday to sell their art to the public in this "farmer's market"-style art event.

The event will feature artists, live music, family art projects and more on the grounds surrounding the Eccles Mansion in Ogden.

ARTIST BOOTH BASICS:

  • Artists will be responsible for all their own supplies (canopy, tables, chairs, payment systems, set up, etc.)
  • There will be no commission fees taken by the Art Center from artist sales - all money will go directly to the artist. The Art Center will not be involved in or responsible for any artist sales.
  • Artists will pay a booth space rental fee, which must be paid in advance.
  • A "no-show" security deposit of $5 will be charged per day. *Artists who do not attend on their reserved dates will not get this deposit returned. Artists who attend on their reserved days will have their $5 security deposits returned.
  • You will be required to have someone at your booth during all Art Fair hours. Booth cannot be left unattended.

BOOTH RENTAL FEES:

  • Full Season (4 weeks) booth fee: $100 ($20 per day, plus $5-per-day security deposit)
  • Single day booth rental: $30 ($25 per day, plus $5 security deposit)

*Single day rentals must be made at least 3 days in advance. Reserved dates can be changed or swapped, should you need to.

*After you have submitted your application, an EAC staff member will contact you to let you know if your application was accepted. Booth fees will not be due at time of application. Booth fees are non-refundable.

*PLEASE NOTE that filling out an artist application does not necessarily guarantee you a booth space at the Art Fair. Depending on the number of applications received, some applications may not be accepted.
