A continuing, slower vinyasa flow class with restorative poses to help overall physical and mental health. Each class is designed to create and maintain flexibility, balance and a healthy back. We will also release tension from hips and shoulders. After this class you will move through life with less effort and more ease. A minimum of 5 students is required with a maximum set at 15 students.
